We understand that sometimes things can crop up and life can get in the way of plans and appointments that we have booked for the day causing you to run late. 

This can however have a huge impact on the salon and other clients causing them to also run late. It also takes away from the service that we aim to provide. 

We now operate a 10 minute period of discretion from the allocated appointment time. 

Arriving anytime after this we can not guarantee that we will be able to honour your appointment time. 

Please be aware that you will be charged your full deposit if you are any longer than 10 minutes late. 

If you know that you will be running late for your appointment please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.
